In collaboration with BHI Architects Pty Ltd and South Coast Medical Service Aboriginal Corporation COOPER have recently completed the extension and refurbishment of the Jane Ardler Medical Centre located in Nowra.

Initial building works comprised of excavation ground works, piling, new slab on ground, suspended slabs, external masonry, glazing as well as a new lightweight roof.

Following all structural works an internal medical fit-out was completed by COOPER including new Dental Rooms, Allied Health Rooms, Patient Rooms, a new reception and kitchen as well as several open and closed offices. All original services were deleted for new.

The design of the project incorporated the strong Aboriginal culture within the selection of finishes. All works were completed in an accelerated programme with handover occurring one month prior to Client expectations and within budget.
