A high quality refurbishment project over three buildings as part of a masterplan to create a market leading commercial campus in Macquarie Park. The refurbishment work included upgrade to ground floor lobbies, upgrade of all typical lift lobby areas, cafe upgrade and refurbishment of all amenities over 15 levels.

Cooper worked in partnership with Dexus and Aver Project Management to deliver through a fast-track construction management methodology which provided the flexibility to allow Dexus’ customers operations to continue throughout the duration of the project with minimal disruption.
