A high quality refurbishment project over three buildings as part of a masterplan to create a market leading commercial campus in Macquarie Park. The refurbishment work included upgrade to ground floor lobbies, upgrade of all typical lift lobby areas, cafe upgrade and refurbishment of all amenities over 15 levels.

Cooper worked in partnership with Dexus and Aver Project Management to deliver through a fast-track construction management methodology which provided the flexibility to allow Dexus’ customers operations to continue throughout the duration of the project with minimal disruption.

Delivery of Rawson Homes new Head Office and primary Showroom in collaboration with MMINC Design and Level Six Venture Management.  

The Design and Construct contract required in depth and detailed Architectural and Services re-design and trade coordination. The 2700m2 high-end fit-out incorporated a complete back to base de-fit of the existing four tenancies and a new fit-out and base building services upgrade. 

The project also included the fit-out of Rawson Homes new Client Showroom. The project was handed over within Programme and budget with the Client mobilising the following day to commence operations.
